Specialization: Percussion Performance, Percussion and Piano Pedagogy
Dr. Zambito teaches Applied Percussion, Percussion Techniques, Recreational
Piano, and directs the Sacred Music Internship Program at Lincoln University.
He also serves as Drumline Instructor for "Groove Dynasty," the drumline of Lincoln
University's "Marching Musical Storm" Band. An active performer, Dr. Zambito is
currently the principal percussionist for the Marshall Philharmonic Orchestra and has
been a section percussionist for the Missouri Symphony Orchestra and the Columbia
Civic Orchestra. He is a commissioned composer with C. Alan Publications and frequently
performs on the Odyssey Chamber Series in Columbia, Missouri.
