Missouri General Education Assessment (MoGEA)
The Missouri General Education Assessment (MoGEA) is an assessment required of all students seeking teacher certification in the state of Missouri, except those who already have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. All sections of the MoGEA must be passed for admission into the Teacher Education Program at Lincoln University. To register for the MoGEA, click here.
If you have passing scores on all sections of the CBASE, you may use those scores for entry into the program until 12/31/2016. After that date, only MoGEA scores will be accepted.
The MoGEA is part of the Missouri Educator Gateway Assessment (MEGA) program developed by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE).
