The CBASE has no future administrations. Full Passing CBASE scores will be able to be used toward admittance into a teacher education program until 12/31/2016. Remember, in order to be admitted into the Teacher Education Program, you must have passed ALL sections of the CBASE (English, Writing, Math, Science, Social Studies) or passed ALL sections of the MoGEA (English, Writing, Math, Science, Social Studies).
You CANNOT mix and match scores between tests. For example, if you have passed all sections of the CBASE except for English, you would still be required to pass every section of the MoGEA before being admitted to the Teacher Education Program.
Upcoming MoGEA Dates:
The Missouri General Education Assessment (MoGEA) is replacing the CBASE. All students who have not passed a section of the CBASE are required to take the MoGEA, and starting in 2014, all students applying to the Teacher Education Program who have not passed the CBASE will be required to pass the MoGEA.
