IT Analyst

Full-time position available.
Normal Work Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

This position is responsible for computer support services both for software and hard-ware for departments employees. Must interact with network and system operation group’s services, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem. Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties. Responsibilities include using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and other imaging tools to build and deploy computers and laptops, perform hardware upgrades and replacements, day to day sup-port of Windows 7/8, MS Office 2007/2010, Wi-Fi and LAN TCPIP connections, VPN, Printers, Exchange E-mail via Outlook and Outlook Web Access. Provide technical support both onsite and via the telephone and remote control software to the Executive staff and general user community. Advanced troubleshooting and research to diagnose and resolve complex and difficult technical issues. Utilize Windows system and command-line tools, event logs, registry and performance monitoring tools. Provide support on mobile devices such as Droid, iPhone, iPad, and other Smart Phones as well as some Active Directory ad-ministration, McAfee Antivirus and McAfee Encryption. Must be able to handle multiple task effectively, meet deadlines and be able to diligently follow standards and best practices in a fast-paced environment. Ability to participate in on-call duty as needed.
