Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
This position exercises considerable independence, judgment, and initiative in analyzing business requirements and translating that in IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity. The candidate will interact extensively with business owners and end users of new development projects to perform critical examination of business requirements and understanding the business operations and systems. The employee will then translate requirements of the business into workable IT solutions. This will include writing system requirements, providing feasibility reports, designing screens, testing solutions, and assisting with training materials.
