Job Description
The Information Technology Development Program (ITDP) is a two year rotational program which provides members with challenging IT assignments, ensuring that the ITDP employee obtains the technical skills needed to advance their IT career. Assignments will be in three of the following eight functional areas:

• Commercial Operations
• Manufacturing Operations
• Research and Development
• Regulatory Affairs
• Business Administration
• Enterprise Systems
• Operations and Infrastructure
• Planning, Process and Methods

Within each assignment, the ITDP employee works with an assignment manager who acts as an immediate supervisor, overseeing the employees responsibilities. The ITDP program manager will help to identify assignments compatible with the employee’s interests, talents and development needs. In addition, the program manager will also serve as a mentor, overseeing the employee’s progress and assisting the employee in the advanced program enrollment or job placement after completing the program.

Qualifications of Candidate
Basic Qualifications:

• Scheduled to graduate from a four-year college degree program in an IT field (such as MIS or Computer Science) in fall of 2013 or spring of 2014 or received an IT-related Bachelor's/Master's degree within the past 2 years
• Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
• GPA at least a 3.0/4.0

Preferred Qualifications:
• Significant business/information management courses, or up to two years of business systems experience (including internships).
• Ideal candidates will combine technical and business knowledge with analytical strength and creative problem solving abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education Requirements
• Bachelors or Master's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or similar technology fields.
