Education Required: High School Diploma, GED

Education Preferred: Associates and/or Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university


Technical Skills / Knowledge Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Technical Skills / Knowledge Preferred: Bilingual capabilities


Subject Matter Expertise/Experience Required: 0 - 1 year of related job experience


Personal/Soft Skills: Organizational, interpersonal written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people, ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, attention to detail, ability to work as a team member as well as independently, and ability to work under standards-based performance measures.


Duties / Responsibilities:

1.Type/generate letters and other documents, as necessary

2. Assist in the preparation of reports

3. Maintain records management, filing, retention, and/or labeling

4. Maintain confidentiality and security of all relevant information

5. Follow policies and procedures without deviation

6. Arrange meetings, as required

7. Administer incoming and outgoing mail

8. Work schedule as established by supervisor to accommodate business hours

9. Assist supervisor with special projects and tasks on an as needed basis

10. Perform accurately all data entry functions

11. Perform other duties as may be assigned by management
