| Anonymous | The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is offering paid internships for our Summer 2013 Intern Program.
Among other projects last summer, Fed interns created websites, planned outreach events and worked on reports about actions taken by banks during the financial crisis. An intern will work alongside talented professionals on meaningful projects that align with their major. Students majoring in accounting, business, finance, IT, marketing or related fields are encouraged to apply. They will gain exposure to the Bank's divisions, including Public Affairs, Research, Banking Supervision & Regulations and Treasury Services. An internship at the Fed is a great way to jump start a students career. Applicants should have strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills. A solid work ethic, motivation to learn, ability to multitask and attention to detail are all critical requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must. During the 10-12 weeks on the job, the interns will participate in various professional development workshops that will allow them to put their experience to the test. Interested in speaking with students who would like to work in St. Louis, Little Rock, Louisville or Memphis over the summer.
