Q: How do I request manual labor, such as setups for special events (homecoming, student orientation, graduation, conferences, programs, etc), or get furniture moved?


A:  Submit a Work Request through the Datatel/Colleague system at least 2 WEEKS prior to the event. Please contact your department's secretary/administrative assistant for assistance with placing a work request.

Q: How do I report maintenance issues, such as an inoperable heating or cooling unit, plumbing problems, roof leaks or window damage, or an inoperable electrical outlet?


A: If there is no immediate danger, submit a Work Request through the Datatel/Colleague system. In the event of an emergency, call ext 5316, or after hours, 681-5555

Q: How do I request trash pick up, floor cleaning, or other custodial items?

Q: How do I get a key for an office?
 

A: Print and Fill out a Key Request form and submit for signatures to your immediate supervisor and Vice President for Administration and Finance. Send the form to Buildings and Grounds, Collier Physical Plant, Campus. Allow at least one week for processing.

Q: How do I get a new office sign?


A: Send a written request to Design and Construction, 309 Young Hall. Requests are reviewed and you will be kept informed of the status.

Q: Who do I contact about renovating my office? (i.e. knocking out a wall)


A: Contact Design and Construction, 309 Young Hall, ext. 5084, so the space can be assessed.

Q: How do I reserve a university vehicle?


A: Contact the Motor Pool at ext. 5320. and send a Motor vehicle request. c/document_library/get_file
