The Women's Leadership Academy focuses on the preparation of talented women for the workforce and for future leadership roles.  A small group of Lincoln University women will participate in a mentoring program while gaining information to help clarify the concepts of leadership, assertiveness and the power to define personal priorities, goals, and dreams.

Eligibility 

• Enrolled as a fulltime undergraduate

• Maintains at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA

• Will complete at least 45 credit hours by end of current semester of application

• Demonstrates leadership potential, campus, and community involvement

• Can meet time commitments of Academy experience
