To print to PDF from MS Publisher (in PrimoPDF software):
- Before creating the PDF file, make sure that your Publisher page setup is set to the document size you wish to print by following these orders:

- Click on "File" > "Page Setup..."
|
|
- Make sure that you have selected FULL PAGE in "Publication Type" section.
|
|
- In the "Printer and Paper" tab select "PrimoPDF" as the printer.
|
|
- If your paper size is defined in "Size" drop down menu, select it otherwise go to next step.
If you see your paper size defined on the "Size:" drop down menu, select it.
- Press OK and go to STEP 2
If not go to the next step. |

- Click on the "Properties" button.
|
|
- In "PrimoPDF Document Properties" window click on "Advanced...".
|
|
- In "Advanced Options", click on "Paper Size" and choose "PostScript Custom Page Size".
|
|
- Define the page size you want to print and Click OK.
|
|
- Click OK in "Advanced Options".
- Click OK in "Document Properties" windows.
|
- In Page Setup: check to see your whole document appears in the preview panel. If it is not, you need to change the size of paper to be equal or larger than your document. If everything appears right, click OK.

- Click "File" > "Print..."
|
|
- Select PrimoPDF from the list of printers.
DO NOT CHECK THE "PRINT TO FILE" BOX. |
|
- Click OK.
The PrimoPDF window appears.
- Click "Browes".
|
|
- Select a place to save your file.
- Type in a file name
- Click "SAVE"
|
|
- The following two options are available:
- For Print: Optimized for printing PDF files to standard laser printers.
- For Screen: Optimized for onscreen viewing.

|
- Click OK.
If you have a PDF viewer on your computer, the PDF file will open automatically. |
