Tuition Refunds due to Withdrawal

Refunds for Fall 2008, Spring 2009, Summer 2009

Tuition refunds are issued to eligible students based on the official date of withdrawal. Students must officially inform the college that they are withdrawing from class(es) by completing a withdrawal form and having it processed with the Record's Office.  If withdrawal from courses results in a credit balance on the student account, complete the refund request form with the Student Accounts Office to receive a refund.  A refund check will not be processed unless requested by the student. 

Fall 2008 Refund Schedule:

        During the first calendar week (August 25 - August 31) . . . . . . ..100% refund
        During the second calendar week (September 1 - September 7). . . 50% refund
        During the third calendar week (September 8 - September 14) . . .  25% refund
        After three weeks (September 15). .  . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .  . NO REFUND

Spring 2009 Refund Schedule:

        During the first calendar week (January 12 - January 18) . . . . . . .100% refund
        During the second calendar week (January 19 - January 25) . . . . . 50% refund
        During the third calendar week (January 26 - February 1) . . . . . . . 25% refund
        After three weeks (February 2)  . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . NO REFUND  

Summer 2009 Refund Schedule:

         During the first calendar week (May 27 - June 2) . . . . . . . . . . . 100% Refund 
        After first calendar week (June 3) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .NO REFUND
