Purpose
The Women's Leadership Academy focuses on the preparation of talented women for the workforce and for future leadership roles. A small group of Lincoln University women will participate in a mentoring program while gaining information to help clarify the concepts of leadership, assertiveness and the power to define personal priorities, goals, and dreams.

Eligibility
- Enrolled as a fulltime undergraduate
- Maintains at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Will complete at least 60 credit hours by end of current semester of application
- Demonstrates leadership potential, campus, and community involvement
- Can meet time commitments of Academy experience
