How to change your voice mail message (on Alcatel IP phones)
- Write down what you want to record for you message
- Push the Voice mail button on your phone
- Choose the Voice mail option
- Enter you password
- Choose Personal Options (the number 4 on the number pad)
- Choose Greeting Message (#3)
- Choose Personal Greeting (#1)
- Choose Personal Greeting (#2)
- Choose option 1
- Record your greeting at the prompt
