Tip - Helpdesk Request

Requesting service from the OIT helpdesk faster and easier than ever!

The Office of Information Technology User Services Division, better known as ‘The Helpdesk’ has provided our clients with a faster, easier way to request technical service.  Our new online form is easy to access and simple to complete.  From the Lincoln University homepage or the Faculty/Staff page, select ‘Helpdesk Request’ from the quick-links box on the left. 

When you reach the form, simply fill in the personal information requested (name, department, etc.) and select the option in bold that best describes your request.  If the request option you select has check boxes, check all of the boxes that apply to your request.  At the bottom of the form is an area for you to describe in detail any aspects of the request that aren’t covered in the form.  The more information you can supply, the more quickly we can solve your problem.
