Microsoft Outlook puts the world of online communication on your desktop. Whether you want to exchange e-mail with colleagues and friends, the tools are here.

Outlook allows you to:

Read Outlook Mail

  • Read your Messages
  • View a File Attachment
  • Forward a Mail Message

Organize Outlook Mail

  • Delete a Mail Message
  • Add, Delete, or Switch Folders
  • Move or Copy a Message to Another Folder

Create and Send Outlook Mail

  • Send an E-mail Message
  • Check the Spelling in Messages

Keep an Address Book in Outlook

  • Open the Address Book
  • Add Names Directly from E-mail Messages to Your Address Book
