From St. Louis

Take I-70 W toward Kansas City. Take the US-54 exit, EXIT 148 and take US-54 W to Jefferson City. Merge onto US-63 S/ US-50 E/ Rex M Whitton Expy. Turn Right onto Jackson St and then Left onto Dunklin St. Turn Right onto Lafayette St and reach Lincoln University.

From Kansas City
