THE 10TH ANNUAL MARTIN LUTHER KING CIVIL RIGHTS HERITAGE TOUR

For the tenth consecutive year the Asheville, Charlotte, Durham and Raleigh MLK Committees in collaboration with The North Carolina Martin Luther King Resource Center, are pleased to sponsor a bus trip to Atlanta, Georgia; Selma, Tuskegee, Montgomery and Birmingham, Alabama; and to Memphis, Tennessee to retrace the steps of Dr. King and other civil rights heroes. The award-winning excursion will visit historical monuments and museums in the bedrock areas of "The Movement's" epic center.

New Library Learning Commons!

The Library Learning Commons was established to facilitate research and media creation for class projects as well as to provide a comfortable location for study and active learning in an academic setting. Students can feel free to bring their laptops and engage in scholarly discussions in a technology friendly environment. The study area of the Learning Commons is open during library hours, while the technology is available via appointment.  The Coordinator of the Learning Commons is Dr. Rinalda Farrar and she can be contacted at 681.5260 or via email: farrarr@lincolnu.edu.
