Tuition Refunds due to Withdrawal

Refunds for Fall 2009, Spring 2010, Summer 2010

Tuition refunds are issued to eligible students based on the official date of withdrawal. Students must officially inform the college that they are withdrawing from class(es) by completing a withdrawal form and having it processed with the Record's Office.  

 Refund Schedule for 16-week classes:

Fall 2009 Refund Schedule:

        During the first calendar week (August 24 - August 30) . . . . . . ..100% refund
        During the second calendar week (August 31 - September 6). . . ...50% refund
        During the third calendar week (September 7 - September 13) . . .  25% refund
        After three weeks (September 14). .  . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .   NO REFUND

Spring 2010 Refund Schedule:

        During the first calendar week (January 19 - January 25) . . . . . . .100% refund
        During the second calendar week (January 26 - February 1) . . . . . 50% refund
        During the third calendar week (February 2- February 8) . . . . . . . 25% refund
        After three weeks (February 9)  . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . NO REFUND  

Summer 2010 Refund Schedule:

         During the first calendar week (June 2- June 8) . . . . . . . . . . . 100% Refund 
        After first calendar week (June 9) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .NO REFUND

  Refund Schedule for 8-week classes:

For eight-week sessions, a 100% refund is allowed during the first calendar week of session.  No refunds are available after the first week. 

  Refund Schedule for 4-week classes:

For four-week classes, a 100% refund is allowed on the first day of the session.  No refunds are available after the first day of session.

Note: Students are required to complete the withdrawal process with the Records Office, or the drop process on WebAdvisor, or with an advisor to receive any refund of fees.
