Lincoln University Foundation, Inc. Office of University Advancement Welcome to the webpages for the Office of University Advancement at Lincoln University and the Lincoln University Foundation. The Lincoln University Foundation is a not-for-profit organization which was incorporated to act as the fund-raising arm of Lincoln University. The Foundation receives donations on behalf of the university; these funds are invested and managed outside of the university accounting system, under the guidance of the Foundation's Board of Directors consistent with the Foundation's Investment Policy. Fund-raising priorities are identified by the President of the university. The Office of University Advancement at LU acts as a liaison between the Foundation and the university and as the university-based support network for the Foundation.
