Learning in Retirement (LIR) Scholarship

Learning in Retirement (LIR) is sponsoring an $800 scholarship (for the upcoming Fall semester) to an undergraduate student in any major area that meets the following criteria:

  • Sophomore or Junior standing
  • GPA of 3.0 or better
  • Missouri resident

If a student is interested in applying, he/she will need to complete the Scholarship Application Form, provide a copy of his/her transcript, and write a one-page essay (12 pt, single spaced) describing their educational goals and how the scholarship will assist with achieving those goals. Applications need to be returned to the Continuing Education Office (110 MLK) prior to April 3, 2009.
