Please choose from the links below to complete the process that applies to you for the upcoming academic period.
The new electronic Stafford loan application is a four step process that will guide you through the completion of federally required (1) Entrance Loan Counseling, (2) lender selection, and the (3) Lincoln University Student Loan Request Form. You will complete the process by (4) electronically signing a Master Promissory Note for your Stafford loan. These steps are all linked and you will be prompted at the completion of each step to continue until you are done. This will all take approximately 45 minutes to an hour and you must complete it without interruption. If you have to interrupt this process you will need to start again at the beginning.
You will need the following to complete this process:
- A current or permanent address
- Drivers License number (if you have one)
- Two references including address and phone numbers
* Please Note: You must use Internet Explorer when working with this process.

Choose this process to apply for a Stafford loan only if you are a new Lincoln University student, are changing your previous lender, or have never received a loan under the Federal Stafford Loan Program.
