Mark Heckman, Customer Support Manager

Mark keeps himself very busy with staffing the campus computer labs and scheduling and coordinating the lab classes and events. He is also in charge of computer help desk operations and oversees the technical support staff. Mark's job requires a lot of patience and good communication skills.

Mark says he most enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and two children. On weekends Mark “enjoys” working on his basement remodeling project which should be finished before the end of the decade. 

Mark says his motto is KISS, or Keep It Simple Stupid. If it is too hard, you must be doing something wrong.
