Mission

Default Management

The mission of the Default Management unit is to reduce the University’s overall student loan default rate, to increase awareness of the alternatives to student loan default, and to increase consumer education for all students. The counselor also assists with locating borrowers for lenders, guarantee agencies, and service providers.
