Nursing Entrance Test (PAX)

ATTENTION: All prospective students applying for the nursing program with Lincoln University at Fort Leonard Wood/Rolla must take the Nursing Entrance Test (PAX) prior to being accepted into the nursing program. In addition to this test, the student must submit three letters of reference and a departmental questionnaire. This is the student's responsibility.

Registration deadline for Fall 2009 is October 02, 2009, (test date: October 10, 2009, 8:00 am-12:00 pm) OR November 6, 2009, (test date: November 14, 2009, 8:00 am-12:00 pm). Deadline for Fall 2010 is the first Monday of April. There will not be reminder calls or notices. Contact Jeanne at the Ft. Leonard Wood office to make arrangements.

Math Placement Test

Students who have not transferred in college math MUST complete the appropriate placement test. The test will be given on August 3, 2009. If the student has not transferred College Algebra credit, this test MUST be taken. There is no charge for the test.
