FORT LEONARD WOOD REGISTRATION
Registration: Spring preregistration will be held 10:00-5:00 pm on November 30-December 1, 2009, by appointment. A sign-up sheet will be posted outside the office. Registration will be held January 13-14, 2010.
Payment: Registration must be secured by paying in full or making appropriate payment arrangements by January 14, 2010. Schedules may be cancelled if payment isn't made and the University concludes such action is appropriate.
Note: You are required to withdraw from all classes if you decide not to attend. Failure to do so may result in you being held fully responsible for all charges to your student account.
Financial Aid: Applications for Pell Grants and Student Loans should be processed BEFORE registration. Promissory notes are now completed online. (Note: Your User ID is your Lincoln University Datatel ID number.) Please contact Jeanne, 329-5160 or kraftj@lincolnu.edu, for more information on financial aid and/or payment plans.
Soldiers: Effective April 1, 2008, all Active Duty Army soldiers requesting tuition assistance must register through the goarmyed portal. You can access the portal from this website: http://www.goarmyed.com/. Applications will not be processed until the $20.00 application fee is paid in the Fort Leonard Wood office.
Advising: PRE-nursing students have been assigned an academic advisor. The alphabet has been divided as follows:
- A through D Esther Conner
- E through M Beth Murray
- N through Z Barbara Lane
Tuition: $200.50 per credit hour (non-nursing)
$260.50 per credit hour (nursing)
Testing: The Admission test into the program is the PAX (Nursing Entrance Test) with a score of 60 or higher. In addition to this test score, students must submit three letters of reference and a departmental questionaire (Lincoln University forms). This is the student’s responsibility. Deadline for Fall 2010 is April 1, 2010. The University will not call or send reminders.
Math Placement Test: Next test - December 1, 2009 -- If you have not transferred in College Algebra you MUST take the test. There is no charge for this test. No contact necessary.
ACT Test: Must be taken at the time of admission. The January ACT Residual test date is to be announced. The residual test score is not transferable to other institutions. For the ACT schedule and more information, visit the ACT website.
